Dogelon Mars 
Layer3 ???
Layer3 is a gamified learning platform for crypto users. Layer3’s interactive quests make learning and exploring crypto fun, engaging, and rewarding. Its quests shine a spotlight on new blockchains and web3 apps, onboarding thousands of new holders and community members to Layer3 partners.
I propose we request Layer3 feature quests for Dogelon Mars. These quests would incentivize users to learn about Dogelon Mars and interact with our growing ecosystem, particularly Rufus and its upcoming applications. Here’s how a partnership with Layer3 would help Dogelon Mars:

Grow the Dogelon Mars community. Layer3 has over 800,000 unique users who have performed over 25 million on-chain transactions. These figures are from last year; they are likely even higher now. By hosting Dogelon Mars quests, Layer3 has the potential to onboard tons of new holders and members into our community, especially if they enjoy our apps on Rufus.

BURNS! Layer3 quests can require users to make transactions on Rufus. Each transaction on Rufus will burn $ELON. So when a user, for example, mints an NFT for an achievement or a skin for a character they like in our metaverse game, they will burn $ELON. When a user bridges assets from Rufus, they will also burn $ELON. By onboarding thousands of users onto Rufus and its ecosystem, we would burn a potentially unlimited amount of $ELON.

Raise awareness about Dogelon Mars. Quests on Layer3 would educate crypto investors on Dogelon Mars’s brand, history, lore, and ecosystem. The quests would also come with marketing on social media about Dogelon Mars which can incorporate our quintessential Dogelon Mars logo, artwork, and Dogelon AI images.

The timing is perfect. The Dogelon Mars metaverse game is expected to be released on Rufus in June. Simultaneously, Layer3 has an ongoing airdrop campaign for its own token, $L3. As such, tons of people are doing Layer3 quests right now to earn points called CUBEs, which count towards $L3 airdrop eligibility. Users would be very eager to complete Dogelon Mars quests to earn CUBEs. It’s a win-win for both Dogelon Mars and Layer3!

Build more industry relationships. If successful, Layer3 may continue to serve as a platform for rolling out new Rufus apps and features and onboarding users. We may also want to explore other platforms, such as Galxe and Zealy. These platforms could also host beneficial cross-partnership quests (see the Meme Alliance example below).
Layer3 quests can be organized into a campaign involving a series of interrelated quests. Here’s how a Dogelon Mars Layer3 quest campaign could look like (this is solely an example!):

Quest1: Welcome to Dogelon Mars
Tasks: Learn about Dogelon Mars, visit our new website, follow socials (TG, X, Discord), take a short quiz
Reward: Layer3 CUBE, some $ELON
Quest2: Intro to Rufus Chain
Tasks: Learn about Rufus, bridge $ELON on to Rufus, take a short quiz
Reward: Layer3 CUBE
Quest3: Enter the Martian Metaverse
Tasks: Learn about our metaverse game on Rufus, play the metaverse game, earn an beginner-level achievement in the game
Reward: Layer3 CUBE, some $ELON
Quest4: Master the Martian Metaverse
Tasks: Earn more achievements in the metaverse game, mint an in-game NFT on Rufus
Reward: Layer3 CUBE, plus be one of 4k max. participants to earn from a pot of 100 billion $ELON
Quest5, 6, 7, etc.: Try out other upcoming apps on Rufus for Layer 3 CUBEs and/or some $ELON
$ELON rewards, if any, do not need to be very substantial. $DEGEN and $FOXY are memecoins with Layer3 quests and they only give out a few cents in tokens for each quest. Their quests max out in participants pretty quickly. But I do think having the chance to earn a more substantial reward at the end of a campaign would draw and retain more participants.
Layer3 could also host separate, one-off Dogelon Mars quests, like these:

As for cost, simple quests may be free but more elaborate quests may cost money. If the DAO approves this proposal, the devs should submit an inquiry to Layer3 by filling out this form: https://app.layer3.xyz/business. Assuming the quests are free, the only cost would be the value of $ELON rewards, if any, for questing, something that would be decided by the devs. If Layer3 charges money, it would be up to the devs to make the final partnership decision.
