Community voting

So there wasn’t much of a vote or a chance for the community to have a day in the burn. The teams initial proposal we were all pleased with. But the dev pushed it aside and made his own proposal then threatened to just put the tokens back in the treasurery if the vote was no lol is justin Trudeau the creator of the token lol they like to make you think that you came up with the idea but really there in control and spend all your money lmao

First of all, you can’t put tokens “back into the treasury” when that’s where they already are. But more importantly, the community made their best choice by voting yes for the only realistic burn proposal that was on the table. The “initial proposal” I think you are referring to is one which was not in any way possible to execute. You can’t burn some crazy amount of tokens unless someone who owns those tokens provides that amount to you to burn. And that proposal did not include any mention of such a donor, nor a mechanism for procuring that many tokens from anyone.
Perhaps you should contact the Methuselah Foundation if you wish to ask someone with a lot of tokens to consider donating to a large burn?

A DAO proposal even if popular can’t materialize if it’s impossible. There was no where to get over 400 trillion ELON to burn. Half of ELON is locked away in a liquidity pool. The approach of burning ELON step-by-step as the price rises is more feasible. The 1 trillion burn is the first of many more burns.
