Proposal
Dogelon Mars has already discussed expanding $ELON onto Base and creating a system that rewards community members for real, verifiable participation. This proposal brings those ideas together in one focused campaign:
Create 100,000 new rewarded $ELON wallets on Base.
This would be a full-scale community-growth campaign from day one—not a small pilot. People would learn about Dogelon Mars, prove they paid attention, receive $ELON in a newly created Base wallet, and then have opportunities to earn further rewards through verified community actions.
The target is 100,000 rewarded wallets. That is a clear campaign objective, not a guaranteed outcome.
Why this could make sense for Dogelon Mars
The idea fits conversations the community has already started.
There has been strong support on the governance forum for bringing $ELON to Base, with members pointing to Base’s low fees, accessibility and potential to attract new holders. The forum has also hosted a separate proposal for rewarding social activity, validating completed actions and automatically distributing $ELON.
So this is not a random marketing idea being dropped on the community. It is a practical way to connect two things Martians have already asked for!
Base expansion + rewarded community growth.
Instead of simply bridging the token and waiting for people to arrive, we would give people a direct reason to discover $ELON, learn what the community is about and receive their first tokens.
The goal: 100,000 rewarded $ELON wallets
The campaign would be built around one measurable objective.
Create 100,000 new Base wallets that receive a verified $ELON reward.
Each participant would need to complete an engagement journey before receiving anything.
That distinction matters.
A random airdrop can create wallet transactions without creating understanding, interest or participation. This campaign would require people to first spend time with Dogelon Mars content and demonstrate that they understood it.
The intended result would be 100,000 people who:
- Entered through a campaign link or QR code.
- Watched a Dogelon Mars video.
- Answered questions about what they watched.
- Received $ELON in a Base wallet.
- Had the opportunity to continue participating through additional quests.
This would create a measurable starting point that is stronger than sending tokens to wallets that have shown no interest in Dogelon Mars.
How Watch, Learn & Earn would work
The community would create a short video or multiple ones introducing people to:
- The story and identity of Dogelon Mars
- What the $ELON token represents
- The strength of the Martian community
- Why $ELON is expanding to Base
- How someone can become involved
- What future community initiatives they can follow
A campaign link containing the full journey could then be shared anywhere:
- X
- Telegram
- Discord
- Community groups
- Partner communities
- Influencer and KOL posts
- Websites
- Paid media
- Event QR codes
- Any other channel where a link can be posted
- All community members could share it everywhere
The process for the user would be simple:
Watch
The participant watches the Dogelon Mars video inside the campaign experience.
Answer
After the video, the participant answers several questions based on its content. This helps confirm that they paid attention rather than opening a page only to claim tokens.
Earn
Once the required questions are answered, the participant receives a small (we have to decide the amount) but meaningful $ELON reward.
Enter the ecosystem
A Base wallet is created through the campaign journey for anyone who needs one. The participant does not need to arrive with an existing wallet or understand a complicated setup process.
The key rule would be:
No completed engagement, no reward.
That turns the campaign into rewarded education rather than a blind token giveaway.
Keeping new holders involved through verified quests
Receiving the first $ELON reward should be the beginning of the journey, not the end.
After completing the video campaign, users could find additional quests inside their wallet. These quests could reward verified actions on X, including:
- Following the official Dogelon Mars account
- Reposting an official announcement
- Publishing a post mentioning Dogelon Mars
- Using an approved campaign hashtag
- Using the $ELON cashtag
- Including a selected campaign keyword
- Supporting a Base-related announcement
- Participating in a future community push
Each action would be checked before the reward was released.
The community could also change the available quests over time. One week could focus on explaining the Base expansion. Another could support an announcement, community event, partnership or educational post.
The point is to define useful community actions, verify that they happened and reward real participation.
The community becomes the distribution network
One major advantage of this model is that every Martian can help distribute it.
Instead of relying entirely on one advertising account or influencer, the same campaign link could be shared by:
- The official Dogelon Mars channels
- Community members
- Regional communities
- Meme creators
- Moderators
- Partner projects
- Influencers
- Base ecosystem accounts
- Existing $ELON holders
Everyone would direct people into the same measurable journey.
This would give the community something more useful to share than a general website link. A Martian could effectively say:
“Watch this, learn what Dogelon Mars is building and earn your first $ELON. Be part of the community”
That is a much clearer invitation for someone who has never owned $ELON before.
This campaign structure has already reached 100,000 wallets
A previous Base campaign used the same Watch, Learn & Earn structure to distribute $TOSHI.
The campaign delivered more than 1M $TOSHI rewards to newly created 100,000 Base wallets, with wallet-level attribution across the funnel.
That result does not guarantee that a Dogelon Mars campaign would reach the same number. The token, community, content, distribution strategy and market conditions would all affect performance. It has the same chances to go higher and lower.
The DAO decides the $ELON allocation
This proposal does not ask the community to approve a fixed price or predetermined commercial package.
The main treasury decision should be:
How much $ELON does the DAO want to allocate toward creating 100,000 rewarded wallets?
The DAO should decide:
- The total amount of $ELON allocated
- The reward for completing Watch, Learn & Earn
- The proportion reserved for follow-up quests
- Which actions deserve higher or lower rewards
- The maximum reward available per participant
- How long the campaign should remain active
- Whether some rewards should be reserved for later community initiatives
A simple approach would be to divide the approved token allocation between the initial educational reward and ongoing quest rewards.
That balance should remain a Dogelon Mars community decision.
How success would be measured
The main success metric would be:
100,000 newly rewarded $ELON wallets on Base.
Supporting metrics should include:
- Number of users who started the video
- Number who completed it
- Quiz completion and pass rate
- Number of $ELON rewards delivered
- Number of newly created Base wallets
- Cost or token allocation per completed participant
- Number of verified X actions
- Quest participation after the first reward
- Repeat engagement by previously rewarded wallets
- Distribution performance by channel
- Total $ELON distributed
The DAO should receive clear reporting showing what was completed and where the allocated tokens went.
Risks and safeguards
This proposal should be ambitious without pretending there are no risks.
A rewarded wallet does not automatically become a long-term holder. Follow-up quests and continued communication are intended to improve participation, but retention must be measured rather than assumed.
Social rewards can produce low-quality posts. Quests should focus on selected, useful actions and should avoid encouraging repetitive spam.
The token allocation must be controlled. The campaign should have a fixed DAO-approved reward pool, defined reward amounts and transparent distribution reporting.
Nothing in the campaign should make promises about the future price of $ELON. The purpose is education, wallet growth and community participation, not price speculation.
These safeguards would make the campaign more credible and help ensure that the DAO rewards completed actions rather than empty impressions.
This is not a proposal to run a small pilot and return later with another vote. It is a proposal to approve the full campaign objective from the beginning, subject to the DAO agreeing on the amount of $ELON it is prepared to allocate.
Technology-provider disclosure
The campaign would be delivered by AdsDax and Sliyd, two products developed and operated by the same team.
AdsDax.com would design and manage the campaign journey. This would include shaping the Watch, Learn & Earn experience, deciding how users move through each stage, developing the verification questions, defining the reward conditions and structuring the follow-up engagement journey.
Sliyd (.) com would provide the wallet and reward-delivery infrastructure. It would power the shareable campaign links and QR codes, create a Base wallet for each new participant in one click, distribute the $ELON rewards, connect verified actions to individual wallets and provide wallet-level campaign reporting.
After receiving their first reward, participants could also access Sliyd’s in-wallet quests. These can verify X actions, including follows, mentions, reposts, hashtags, cashtags and selected keywords, before releasing additional $ELON rewards.
In simple terms:
AdsDax designs the campaign experience. Sliyd creates the wallet, delivers the reward and keeps the user engaged afterward.
The same AdsDax and Sliyd team previously delivered the $TOSHI Watch, Learn & Earn campaign, which distributed rewards to more than 100,000 newly created Base wallets.

The next decision belongs to the Martians:
How much and if $ELON should be allocated, how should the rewards be structured, and are we ready to bring 100,000 new rewarded wallets into the Dogelon Mars ecosystem?
